Dear Patrons,

Thank you for taking the time to visit the RMS web page. We hope the information you find here shows our commitment to educating our students and preparing them for continued study at the high school level, in addition to giving them a firm foundation for all future endeavors.

At Rangely Middle School, we believe that high expectations produce high results, and we make a daily effort to provide an environment in which students can reach their full potential. Students are the most important members of our educational team and are ultimately responsible for their success. Their responsibility begins with good attendance, but also includes preparation for and participation in class, in addition to treating peers, staff and patrons with respect and dignity. It is our goal that students learn to make quality decisions about their lives, and we encourage and emphasize that our students claim their education as their own and use it as a tool to achieve their goals and dreams.

During these times of extreme societal turmoil, our students and staff are faced with challenges unique to this generation. Through our dedication to excellence, we will continue to strive for high achievement and to prepare our students for a rewarding life in a fast-paced and ever-changing world.
